Over the past seven years, Aniela Larson has worked with leaders and teams across industries as a coach, consultant, and facilitator. From startups to multinational corporations, she has witnessed firsthand how organizational systems—often unintentionally—cause lasting harm to the very people they rely on.
With dual master’s degrees in International Marketing and Change Management, and a foundation in cross-cultural, systems-based approaches, Aniela brings both analytical depth and human insight to the table.
Aniela's work is rooted in a singular mission: to reduce the harm organizations inflict on people, and help build structures where trust, dignity, and resilience can thrive.
This is not theoretical work. We are actively conducting primary research into the lived experience of corporate trauma, while synthesizing the latest secondary literature across organizational psychology, systems theory, and trauma-informed practice. Everything we offer, whether a custom workshop, an executive training, or a strategic intervention, is informed by real data.
For leaders who want to move beyond performative wellbeing and toward meaningful, measurable culture change.
This is where we begin.
Aniela Larson is lead brain - researcher - author and speaker on the topic of Corporate Trauma. This work started out as a book idea, but we quickly realized I shouldn't be waiting to publish the book to get the ideas out.
The book is in progress - and at the same time, we're making a difference to the lives of leaders and teams everywhere.
In addition to this work, Aniela Larson offers leadership coaching and change enablement consulting through InspirImpact.com.
